Meet medsolv at DMEA 2026 in Berlin
Meet medsolv at DMEA 2026 in Berlin: At Hall 6.2, Booth C-105, we will showcase the latest generation of medsolv.MRM 3 for medical practices and hospitals, including medsolv.MRM clinical with FHIR/ISiK integration and new features such as fully automated disruption management, Appointment Inspector, and Service Resource Matrix, complemented by easyQS as a platform for data-driven quality assurance in line with DeQS requirements.
medsolv will once again be exhibiting at DMEA 2026 in Berlin. You can find us in Hall 6.2, Booth C-105, right at the heart of the discussion on the digital future of healthcare.
At this year’s event, we will focus on medsolv.MRM 3, our intelligent multi-resource management platform for medical practices, medical care centers (MVZ), social pediatric centers (SPZ), and outpatient facilities. Unlike conventional practice management or HIS solutions, medsolv.MRM is designed for cross-resource, real-time fine scheduling, automatically coordinating appointments, staff, rooms, and equipment so that complex diagnostic and treatment pathways can be scheduled within seconds.
New in medsolv.MRM 3.0/3.1 are key features such as the Service Resource Matrix, providing an at-a-glance view of which resources deliver which services; the Appointment Inspector for comprehensive filtering, searching, and grouping of all appointments; and access-controlled categories that enable minute-accurate scheduling by site and department. Additionally, the fully automated disruption management in MRM 3.1 significantly reduces manual effort by automatically detecting sick leave, equipment failures, or other disruptions and instantly rescheduling all affected appointments.
For hospitals, we will present medsolv.MRM clinical as the inpatient extension of the platform. The solution orchestrates all planning-relevant resources in real time – from physicians and nursing staff to operating theaters, examination rooms, medical equipment, and beds – and acts as an intelligent planning layer on top of existing HIS environments. At its core, an integrated communication server with certified FHIR and ISiK interfaces ensures seamless, bidirectional data exchange with HIS, patient portals, and clinical subsystems such as AIS, radiology, and OR planning systems.
Another highlight at our booth is easyQS, the platform for data-driven quality assurance in line with Germany’s DeQS guidelines. easyQS supports healthcare providers in the structured capture, validation, and analysis of their quality data – from intuitive, error-avoiding data entry through automated plausibility checks to standards-compliant data preparation for external quality assurance procedures.
We will also present medsolv.MRM Online Appointment Booking, designed to be truly low-threshold for patients. Appointments can be booked without creating an account – no mandatory registration, no persistent patient profile in the public area, and no unsolicited marketing messages – while strict data protection is maintained and no patient data are stored publicly. This lowers access barriers for patients, ensures a high level of privacy, and at the same time relieves your staff from manual scheduling work.
Today, more than 100 customers across hospitals, clinics, and practices rely on medsolv.MRM and benefit from measurable improvements such as reduced processing times and increased efficiency. At DMEA 2026, we will demonstrate through live demos and current reference projects how organizations of all sizes – from single practices to multi-site hospital groups – can leverage our platform to extend their existing IT investments and make them future-ready.
